Whether you are planning to take long walks in the Schönbrunn recreation area, explore Vienna’s sightseeing attractions or simply enjoy a shopping day at Mariahilfer Strasse, Sunrise Apartments Vienna is the perfect starting point for your leisure destinations in and around Vienna. Public transport is within walking distance, the next subway station is only 50 meters away. A variety of different restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets and bakeries are located in the immediate vicinity.

Booking and Payment

Your apartment is booked through our online booking system. If you prefer to call us please do so at +43 1 890 77 11 or contact us electronically instead.
Payment is required in advance before your arrival at Sunrise Apartments Vienna. Payment of the full amount is made by credit card. If you would like to extend your stay at Sunrise Apartments Vienna cash payments are also accepted. For longer stays a monthly advance payment will be agreed individually.
Yes. To book an apartment at Sunrise Apartments Vienna, you will need a credit card which must be valid beyond your arrival date.
No, the prices listed, refer to the price of the entire apartment for maximum 4 people. An additional charge will apply only when you book an apartment for 6 people and require the sleeping pull-out sofa.
You are welcome to invite friends, relatives or acquaintances, but overnight visitors and parties are strictly forbidden.

Equipment and Facilities

All our apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, parquet floors, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. We also offer a modern and fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, Martello coffee machine and kettle. You will find a detailed equipment list in the apartment you have booked.
Yes, this is part of our basic equipment in all our apartments.
Yes, both towels and bed linen are available and included in the price.
Vienna has a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking in the hallways of the house is also strictly prohibited. Please be advised in case of violation Sunrise Apartments Vienna charges a cleaning fee of € 500.
Please inform us immediately after your arrival, about any damages and items that are missing off the detailed equipment list. In case of damages please contact us in case of missing items which are supposed to be in the apartment as detailed in the equipment list please inform us via email stating your name and apartment number.

Yes. Supermarkets, pharmacies, local markets and restaurants are nearby and are within walking distance.
Sunrise Apartments Vienna is in the 15th district and stands out with an excellent public transport link. Our apartments are located directly at the U4 & U6 Längenfeldgasse subway station – an ideal starting point to discover the nearby recreation area of Schönbrunn as well as explore Vienna’s center with its magnificent sights.

The city center is just a 10 minutes drive away by subway U4. Schönbrunn Palace Park is also around the corner. The Westbahnhof and the adjacent well-known Mariahilfer Strasse shopping street are important hubs that can be reached in less than 5 minutes by subway line U6.

Check-In & Check-Out

No. Sunrise Apartments Vienna does not have a reception desk. You will receive all necessary information about your stay at Sunrise Apartments Vienna prior to your arrival. We are happy to answer any questions or ambiguities by contact form or in person on site daily from Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm (18:00).
You will receive your personal Check-In code at least 1 day before your arrival, allowing you to access your apartment quickly and easily on the day of your arrival any time after 3:00pm (15:00).
You will always receive the door code by e-mail. If you do not have access to your personal email account, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.
Arrival (Check-In) is possible from 3:00pm (15:00) onwards.
Departure (Check-Out) by 11:00 am at the latest.
There is no early Check-In or late Check-out.
No, we do not provide private parking spaces.

In Vienna, parking is only possible for a limited time. During the week, from Monday to Friday from 09:00am - 7:00pm (19:00) there are short-term parking zones around Sunrise Apartments Vienna. Parking tickets are available from a so called Tabacco shop – Trafik - at different rates. On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, public parking is free of charge.

Yet there are numerous public low-cost lockers in Vienna where you can store your luggage safely before Check-In and after Check-out 24h. The lockers are located at all major train stations, which are just a few minutes' drive from Sunrise Apartment Vienna:

Yes. You are welcome to rent one of our apartments for longer stays. For our guests who want to stay longer than 14 days, we will surely find the apartment that suits you best. Additional services such as regular cleaning of the apartment, laundry, shopping is tailor made. Please contact us directly to choose the suitable apartment for you.

Changes & Cancellations

This depends on whether you have booked directly with us or through a booking platform. If a booking has been made via a booking platform, the change must also be made there. For direct bookings made through Sunrise Apartments Vienna, please call us at +43 1 890 77 11 or contact us.
Cancellation of the lease must be made in writing and is only possible for bookings exceeding a period of 60 days. For more information regarding our cancellation policy, please refer to our general terms and conditions point 8.
